Request Authorization
Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.
Pack Securely
Place the equipment in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend using a tracked and insured service.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the electronics, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
